Returns Policy

You may return (at your cost) original condition, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. We will NOT accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

If you received the wrong product, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number in the package along with the items that you are returning.

Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn’t get marked as spam.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship orders Monday – Friday from 9am-3pm. Once your order has been submitted, your order will be shipped within 4 business days. We ship all orders via UPS. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

We ship to most destinations within the continental United States.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Cancellation Policy

Please check your order carefully prior to submitting it. If you need to cancel your order (or an item within your order) after hitting the “submit” button, please email us at info@winghouse.com and let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to catch your order before it is shipped. We cannot guarantee the cancellation if you do not email us immediately.

If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the package without opening it and it will be returned to us. When we receive the unopened order, we will issue you a credit. We will not reimburse for the cost of shipping the item(s) back once the package has been opened, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
