Soaring Wings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, d/b/a WingHouse Bar + Grill (“WingHouse” or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”).

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit,, or other websites operated by WingHouse, websites of our affiliates and subsidiaries, and including any content, functionality and services offered on or through (our “Websites”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Privacy Policy is part of the WingHouse Bar + Grill Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) for our Websites. Please read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.

By using the Websites, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Websites or by submitting personal information on the Websites, you are agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, do not use the Websites.

A. Children Under the Age of 13: Our Websites are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, do not use or provide any information on the Websites or through any of its features, register on the Websites, make any purchases through the Websites, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17), please ensure that you use the Websites with the permission of a parent or guardian. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to use some portions of the Websites. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from any child under the age of seventeen (17) without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. However, our Websites offer certain features or services, including registering with our Websites, creating an account, gift card purchases, product purchases, and online job applications, which require you to share certain personal information with us or our third-party service providers.

  • by which you may be personally identified, such as name, address, telephone, fax number, email address, birthday, financial payment details for purchases, geolocation, and account information if you register for an account (“personal information”);

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Websites. This includes information provided at the time of registering or subscribing to the WingHouse Email Club (the Wingston Club) or by requesting other services or information. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Websites.
  • Information that you provide us by entering a contest, completing a survey, or participating in a promotion sponsored by us. The privacy policy or terms of use for a survey, contest, or promotion may vary from this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. You should review the official rules, privacy policy, and terms of use for each survey, contest, or promotion that you choose to participate in.
  • Information that you provide us by participating in any WingHouse Bar + Grill Loyalty Rewards Program.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our Websites and details of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Websites.
  • Your search queries on the Websites.

Your participation in any request for information or activity regardless of the nature or intent of such request or activity specified on the Websites is your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and any additional terms and conditions offered or specified therein.

(2) Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies:  As you navigate through and interact with our Websites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Domain names of visitors, including information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
  • Details of your visits to our Websites, including the number of visits to any Website, average time spent on any Website, pages viewed, navigation and traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data, as well as the resources that you access and use on certain areas of any Website.
  • Details of your visits to WingHouse promotions on other websites.

We do not collect personal information automatically. The information we collect automatically is statistical data and is not used to personally identify you, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information about you that we collect from other sources, third parties, or from personal information you provide to us.

The information we collect automatically from our visitors is aggregated and used only for internal purposes and it helps us to improve our Websites and to deliver a better, more personalized service, including by enabling us to improve site navigation and the content of our Websites, measure the effectiveness of our promotional placements, estimate our audience size and usage patterns, measure the use of our Websites and store information about preferences, which allows us to customize our Websites according to your individual interests, speed up your searches, and recognize when you return to our Websites.

(3) Third Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: Some content on the Websites is served by third parties who are affiliated or contracted with WingHouse, including but not limited to advertisers, servers, content providers, and application providers. The use of cookies and other tracking technologies is not shared with anyone other than WingHouse, WingHouse affiliates, agents and contractors who assist WingHouse in the automatic data collection described in the “Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies” section above. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other technologies to collect information about you when you use our Websites. We may also use your information to contact you about our goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please check the relevant box located on the form, document, or email on which we collect your information or adjust your user preferences in your account profile. D. Disclosure of Your Information: We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We do not share, sell, or lease personal information about you to any third parties for their marketing use. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

Links to Other Websites: Our Websites may contain links to other websites, including certain services offered through our Websites (such as social media sites, purchases, third-party vendor assisted ordering processes, etc.). Any information that you provide that interacts with these third party websites is governed by the applicable third party’s privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies. WingHouse has no control and assumes no responsibility for third party services or websites, including but not limited to, the content, privacy practices, policies, terms and conditions, or security of these third party websites. We recommend that you review the privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies of such third party websites. If you leave our Websites or share information with third parties or the public you do so at your own risk and you are subject to the privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies of that third party website.

F. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information: We strive to provide you with choices regarding the information, including personal information, you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Websites may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
  • Promotional Offers from WingHouse. If you do not wish to have your email address or contact information used by WingHouse to promote our products or services, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your information or at any other time by logging into the Websites and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile. You may opt-out of receiving electronic communications by following the instructions or links contained in the electronic communication to unsubscribe. You may receive electronic communications by having an account with either, or both, the WingHouse Email Club (the Wingston Club) or any WingHouse Bar + Grill Loyalty Rewards Program. Each of your accounts may require a separate opt-out even if you use the same email address for each account.  By opting-out of receiving certain electronic communications, you are not opting-out of receiving other electronic communications that you may still receive as a result of a product purchase, product service experience, or other transactions.
  • Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to WingHouse or our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by contact us using the information provided in the “Contact Information” section below].

G. Accessing and Correcting Your Information: You can review and make changes to your personal information by logging into the Websites and visiting your account profile page.  You may also send us an email using the contact information provided in the “Contact Information” section below to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

H. Social Media and Personal Information: WingHouse uses a variety of social media features to communicate and interact with customers, and the Websites may contain links to certain social media sites that take visitors to the WingHouse account for each social media site. When interacting with WingHouse on these social media sites, you may reveal certain personal information to WingHouse or to third parties. Any personal information shared on these social media sites may be visible to other visitors of that social media site. Each social media site is governed by its own privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies.  By accessing and using the social media site features on the Websites, you are agreeing to the privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies of that social media site, as well as our policy regarding third party websites as explained in the “Links to Other Websites” section above. WingHouse may use information about visitors who use these social media sites in accordance with this Privacy Policy. WingHouse does not collect or disclose any personal information about visitors who use these social media sites.

I. Your California Privacy Rights: California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Websites that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to us using the contact information provided in the “Contact Information” section below.

J. International Users: The owner of the Websites is based in the State of Florida in the United States. We provide the Websites for use only by persons located in the United States. Laws in the United States may differ from the laws of your home country. WingHouse does not envisage or intend to offer goods or services as part of its Websites to visitors or users who are citizens, or who are located in, any countries which are part of the European Union.  However, by providing information to us through the Websites, you acknowledge and agree that you authorize us to transfer, store, and process your information in the United States and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use and the terms and conditions of any program offered on our Websites, as such may be modified from time to time in WingHouse sole discretion. Additionally, you are agreeing to the receipt of email and/or advertising in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

K. Data Security: Because we take the security of your information seriously, we have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to data centers, and information access authorization controls. We restrict access to information about you to WingHouse personnel who need to know the information to respond to your inquiry or request. WingHouse personnel who misuse personal information are subject to disciplinary action.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where you have chosen or where we have provided you with a password or other account information for access to certain parts of our Websites, you are responsible for keeping this password and other account information confidential. We ask you not to share your password or account information with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Websites. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree to assume this risk when using our Websites.  We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Websites.

L. Limitation of Liability: By providing us with any personal information or other information and by using our Websites, you expressly and unconditionally release and hold us and our affiliates harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse or your personal information or other information. While we take efforts to ensure the proper use of data by our third-party contractors and affiliates, we cannot be liable for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your personal information by those third parties. M. Changes to Our Privacy Policy: WingHouse reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time. Following any change WingHouse will post changes to its Privacy Policy for at least thirty (30) days at with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted with a “Last Updated” effective date of the changes identified at the top of the page. Any such changes are effective immediately upon posting on or by sending you an email advising you of the new or different Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you. Your continued use of the Websites after such notice will constitute acceptance of those changes and the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our updated Privacy Policy, do not use the Websites. You are responsible for periodically checking the Websites to review the updated Privacy Policy by which you are bound.
