This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit www.winghouse.com, www.winghousestore.com, or other websites operated by WingHouse, websites of our affiliates and subsidiaries, and including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.winghouse.com (our “Websites”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Privacy Policy is part of the WingHouse Bar + Grill Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) for our Websites. Please read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.
By using the Websites, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Websites or by submitting personal information on the Websites, you are agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. A. Children Under the Age of 13: Our Websites are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under thirteen (13) years of age. - Information that you provide us by participating in any WingHouse Bar + Grill Loyalty Rewards Program.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
- Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
- Details of transactions you carry out through our Websites and details of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Websites.
- Your search queries on the Websites.
Your participation in any request for information or activity regardless of the nature or intent of such request or activity specified on the Websites is your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and any additional terms and conditions offered or specified therein.
(2) Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies: As you navigate through and interact with our Websites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

The information we collect automatically from our visitors is aggregated and used only for internal purposes and it helps us to improve our Websites and to deliver a better, more personalized service, including by enabling us to improve site navigation and the content of our Websites, measure the effectiveness of our promotional placements, estimate our audience size and usage patterns, measure the use of our Websites and store information about preferences, which allows us to customize our Websites according to your individual interests, speed up your searches, and recognize when you return to our Websites.

F. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information: We strive to provide you with choices regarding the information, including personal information, you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

- Promotional Offers from WingHouse. You may opt-out of receiving electronic communications by following the instructions or links contained in the electronic communication to unsubscribe. You may receive electronic communications by having an account with either, or both, the WingHouse Email Club (the Wingston Club) or any WingHouse Bar + Grill Loyalty Rewards Program. Each of your accounts may require a separate opt-out even if you use the same email address for each account. By opting-out of receiving certain electronic communications, you are not opting-out of receiving other electronic communications that you may still receive as a result of a product purchase, product service experience, or other transactions.
- Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to WingHouse or our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by contact us using the information provided in the “Contact Information” section below].
G. Accessing and Correcting Your Information: You can review and make changes to your personal information by logging into the Websites and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email using the contact information provided in the “Contact Information” section below to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
H. Social Media and Personal Information: WingHouse uses a variety of social media features to communicate and interact with customers, and the Websites may contain links to certain social media sites that take visitors to the WingHouse account for each social media site. When interacting with WingHouse on these social media sites, you may reveal certain personal information to WingHouse or to third parties. Any personal information shared on these social media sites may be visible to other visitors of that social media site. Each social media site is governed by its own privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies. By accessing and using the social media site features on the Websites, you are agreeing to the privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies of that social media site, as well as our policy regarding third party websites as explained in the “Links to Other Websites” section above. WingHouse may use information about visitors who use these social media sites in accordance with this Privacy Policy. WingHouse does not collect or disclose any personal information about visitors who use these social media sites.
I. Your California Privacy Rights: California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Websites that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. J. International Users: The owner of the Websites is based in the State of Florida in the United States. We provide the Websites for use only by persons located in the United States. Laws in the United States may differ from the laws of your home country. WingHouse does not envisage or intend to offer goods or services as part of its Websites to visitors or users who are citizens, or who are located in, any countries which are part of the European Union. However, by providing information to us through the Websites, you acknowledge and agree that you authorize us to transfer, store, and process your information in the United States and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use and the terms and conditions of any program offered on our Websites, as such may be modified from time to time in WingHouse sole discretion. K. Data Security: Because we take the security of your information seriously, we have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to data centers, and information access authorization controls. We restrict access to information about you to WingHouse personnel who need to know the information to respond to your inquiry or request. WingHouse personnel who misuse personal information are subject to disciplinary action.

While we take efforts to ensure the proper use of data by our third-party contractors and affiliates, we cannot be liable for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your personal information by those third parties. M. Changes to Our Privacy Policy: WingHouse reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time. Following any change WingHouse will post changes to its Privacy Policy for at least thirty (30) days at www.winghouse.com with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted with a “Last Updated” effective date of the changes identified at the top of the page. Any such changes are effective immediately upon posting on www.winghouse.com or by sending you an email advising you of the new or different Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you. Your continued use of the Websites after such notice will constitute acceptance of those changes and the updated Privacy Policy.
